Intuition Served Straight.
About a year ago, I found myself doing a tarot reading for myself at an airport bar while waiting for a flight. Before long, I was reading for the bartender and then for half the gate. That moment captured exactly how I think about tarot: something that meets you where you are, whether that’s over a drink or in the middle of everyday life.
I’ve been drawn to big questions for as long as I can remember. That curiosity showed up as an interest in all things metaphysical. In my twenties, I discovered tarot and found the cards helped me look honestly at what was happening beneath the surface and make decisions that felt grounded in my own truth.
My love of symbols eventually led me to the work of Carl Jung, and to paying closer attention to patterns in stories and dreams, and in my everyday life. Around the same time, my work in hospice introduced me to Reiki, where I learned the value of presence and listening (without trying to fix). All of that now informs how I read.
I see the cards as mirrors for the subconscious and as tools for making purposeful, values-aligned choices. Since that first airport reading, sessions happen everywhere: at bars and parties, on patios, or on trails.
If you’re interested in a reading for yourself or for a group, I’d love to connect!
